CLIENT SITUATION:

  • Client is a specialty biopharmaceutical company
  • Requested construction and validation of worldwide forecast models for both autism and fragile X syndrome markets, for use in both internal pipeline planning initiatives as well as new business development decisions

Phase I

  • Data discovery and model input assumption workshop
  • Developed a consolidated catalog of knowledge as it pertains to each market
  • Integrated collected data and assumptions information, quantifiable, flexible market models, with specific product carve outs
