  • The client has marketing rights outside of the US for novel drug nearing approval
  • There is a low awareness of the drug; client has identified potential difficulties    around approval and mitigating risk strategies

Trinity determined market landscape, product potential and commercial requirements in three EU countries to help support full forecast valuations and business strategies for pending launch

  • Trinity worked with the client to determine key recommendations and strategy for each of three EU countries on:
  1. the forecast and valuation (including P&L), and
  2. commercial structure (including sales force size and integration)
  • Trinity facilitated full day country-specific workshops to disseminate extensive primary market research and lead discussion around potential commercial structure and hurdles to launch
  • PMR included market segmentation, treaters, patient flow, the product profile,    expected use, and access hurdles
