Strategic consulting: Jillian’s philosophy is derived from her belief that it is essential to recognize what the client wants. “I put myself in my client’s shoes. This helps me understand what they would want to achieve—from a different perspective.”Additionally, Jillian is a skillful listener—which is imperative in getting to the core of every client’s issues. “My ability to listen just as carefully to what is being said, as to what isn’t—has helped me to quickly identify the client’s most critical issues and opportunities.” Jillian starts new projects by mapping out her analysis of what is required for her client’s success. Her excellent organizational skills stand out as essential to her approach—which encompasses working adaptively—around real goals. “I always like to make sure that the team that is working on a particular project is efficient and informed, and that everyone involved is bringing something unique to the table.”

Client relationships: Jillian’s personality is clearly defined by her commitment to upholding the quality of integrity in all that she does. “When clients trust you to be an honest partner, great relationships are formed. These are the bonds that endure, and it’s a purely natural outcome of being great at what you love to do.”

Jillian receives many unsolicited complements from her clients and colleagues, alike. Recently, one very satisfied client shared her feelings about Jillian on a professional network. “With Jillian, you get great results, a personable partner, and one who works with high integrity.”

In addition to running, Jillian also enjoys exercise classes. “I like to challenge myself to continue to strengthen my mind and body. To achieve that, I attend classes—which combine the discipline of yoga with the determination of pilates.” What’s more, Jillian volunteers her time and efforts with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), where she is at the forefront of developing a new strategic initiative to support the growth and development of women within the health care industry.
