CLIENT SITUATION:

  • The client, a mid-sized biotech company new to hemophilia market is developing a new hemophilia treatment, and interested in understanding its value in the market from a patient and HCP perspective
  • The goal of the project was to determine the key value drivers of a new hemophilia product from a global perspective

TRINITY'S ROLE

Phase I: Global PMR

  • Multiple large-scale qualitative and quantitative market research studies with HCPs were conducted in North America, South America, G5, and APAC
  • In the US, Trinity also contacted 200 hemophilia A and B patients

Phase II: Global forecast

  • Trinity designed and built a hemophilia A and B worldwide forecast
  • Utilizing the results from the primary market research and secondary literature research, Trinity designed multiple excel-based models interlinking patient and physician outcomes to forecast the hemophilia markets, including the client’s new products
