Introducing Lauren: 

Lauren joined Trinity’s consulting group in 2005. During her tenure at Trinity, Lauren has worked with over 40 clients and is known as an expert in strategic business development and licensing & acquisition work.   

Professional Highlights 

  • Specializes in business development and asset assessment projects that involve the integration of primary and secondary research
  • Spearheaded the development of Trinity’s TaRget – BD & Licensing platform, a menu of BD support exercises including Trinity’s proprietary QuickQuant primary market research study for BD assessments 
  • Has worked on several key product launches over the past decade, including blockbuster drugs across a diverse set of specialty markets

Passion for life sciences: For Lauren, her passion for the life sciences industry is multifaceted. “There are two key parts of the life sciences industry that get me up every morning – first, is the incredibly impactful work that our clients do, developing innovative and  lifesaving treatments to patients around the world.   Second, there is no industry quite like it – one that evolves so quickly and brings together the intersection of government, industry, financial markets, managed care organizations, physicians, and patients.  There has not been a day in the past 11 years that I have been bored and that is grounded in this amazing industry we get to work in.”

Client relationships: Lauren prides herself on the long-term client relationships that she has built across her years at Trinity. “The most fulfilling part of our work is becoming a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the industry. Over the past 11 years I have developed multiple clients that span almost a decade of good work, trust, and respect.”  

The pursuit of excellence: Lauren stresses the trust that clients put in Trinity’s work as a major motivator for her. “Our success is determined by our client’s success. After an engagement, there is nothing more rewarding than delivering a well-received presentation in which your client gets praised for his/her good work.”

Life outside the office: Outside of work, Lauren spends most of her time with family – chasing around her two year old daughter, Emmeline.

Introducing Eric: 

Eric has over 15 years of experience serving as a trusted partner to the life sciences industry, having consulted pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and in vitro diagnostic companies on a wide array of commercial strategy engagements.  His expertise ranges across areas that are critical to bringing products to market, as well as those that create additional value for clients through LCM and L&A opportunities.

  • Designed and conducted hundreds of commercial strategy and licensing & acquisition engagements for clients ranging across a multitude of therapeutic areas
  • Led the development of Trinity’s TRailblazer launch planning offering
  • Contributed to several major recent global product launches across a variety of markets
  • Developed deep expertise in therapeutic areas that include autoimmune, cardiovascular, CNS, oncology, and orphan diseases

Passion for life sciences: Eric has always been interested in healthcare, having studied neuroscience in college followed by a career in healthcare consulting post-business school.  He enjoys solving complex business questions for his clients and providing expertise to help companies navigate the global healthcare market.   

Client relationships: Many of our clients have worked with us for years and see us as an extension of their own brand team.  We take great pride in maintaining those relationships as well as achieving the same level of trust and partnership with our new clients.

Life outside the office: Eric’s time outside of work is spent with his family, including his three sons, all of which keep him busy with school activities, sports, and everything else that comes with parenthood.

Introducing Jillian: 

Jillian joined Trinity’s consulting group in 2004. During her tenure at Trinity, Jillian has developed a diverse skill set, which enables her to lead cross-functional projects involving quantitative data analytics, primary market research, and statistical analyses—to generate strategic insights for Trinity’s clients. Jillian excels at building long-term, trust-based relationships with her clients by understanding their business needs, identifying the best approach to answering their business questions, and working collaboratively with her clients to deliver high-quality results that enable their future success.

  • Wide range of experience in health care consulting, including market analytics, promotional effectiveness, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and strategic business planning
  • Specializes in “data strategy” projects that involve the integration of primary and secondary data sources to generate strategic insights for Trinity’s clients

Strategic consulting: Jillian’s philosophy is derived from her belief that it is essential to recognize what the client wants. “I put myself in my client’s shoes. This helps me understand what they would want to achieve—from a different perspective.”Additionally, Jillian is a skillful listener—which is imperative in getting to the core of every client’s issues. “My ability to listen just as carefully to what is being said, as to what isn’t—has helped me to quickly identify the client’s most critical issues and opportunities.” Jillian starts new projects by mapping out her analysis of what is required for her client’s success. Her excellent organizational skills stand out as essential to her approach—which encompasses working adaptively—around real goals. “I always like to make sure that the team that is working on a particular project is efficient and informed, and that everyone involved is bringing something unique to the table.”   

Passion for life sciences: Jillian’s passion for the “Life Sciences” dates back to her first biology class. “I have always been drawn to understanding the small processes that go into defining how the bigger picture of things ultimately works.” When it comes to her daily work at Trinity, Jillian actively enjoys examining large sets of data and analyzing it to come up with insights that can have a tremendous impact on the client’s bottom line.

Client relationships: Jillian’s personality is clearly defined by her commitment to upholding the quality of integrity in all that she does. “When clients trust you to be an honest partner, great relationships are formed. To that end—she always strives to surpass expectations. 

Leadership: Jillian is moved by those who possess a flexible, yet forward-looking vision, and an adaptive capacity to remain on the cutting edge. Life outside the office: Outside of her accomplished work life, Jillian has achieved major milestones, including running 2 marathons. In addition to running, Jillian also enjoys group aerobics classes. “I like to challenge myself to continue to strengthen my mind and body. To achieve that, I attend classes—which combine the discipline of yoga with the determination of pilates.” What’s more, Jillian volunteers her time and efforts with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), where she is at the forefront of developing a new strategic initiative to support the growth and development of women within the health care industry.

Introducing Todd: 

In more than ten years at Trinity Partners, Todd excels in every project he undertakes, including patient claims analyses, Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) studies, patient adherence evaluation, patient exposure estimates, and market forecasts. Todd brings a high level of technical and project expertise to the team with skills using various tools and processes to more easily quantify actionable results.

  • Conducted numerous large data patient claims and HEOR analyses
  • Experienced in standardizing data practices, use of robust tools, and employing data assets and analytics to best answer business questions
  • Integrated Trinity’s M.S. / Ph.D statisticians to advance beyond traditional business analytics

Strategic consulting:  Todd’s business philosophy starts with the principle of planning for success.  This comes directly from his adeptness at choosing the right tool for the job and funneling through options, given the vast number of alternatives that are available.  “I make it a point to be very thoughtful of the work that I do—always challenging myself to consider all of the possibilities.” 

Perseverance is a trait that is accurately synonymous with Todd. No matter how much time it takes, Todd is determined on getting whatever is requested—right.  Whereas many people in consulting work without the confines of structure, Todd is has a strategically logical approach.

Passion for life sciences:  Choosing the right tool for the job is one of Todd’s strongest passions and advantages.  “There are limitless options available for data sourcing.  Knowing how to choose the best tool that can help you translate technologically and intellectually challenging information is a genuine asset.” 

Client relationships: Many clients have inspired Todd to push the limits beyond reasonable success to achieve incredible significance.  “In one instance, I was helping a key client solve issues in a massive marketplace. The magnitude of our idea, plan and results were greater than anything I had ever experienced. This impacted all of America, and to realize that you can execute such an extensive achievement is both exciting and motivating.”  Clients know just what they are getting when they ask for Todd: Unlimited persistence mixed with abundant, clear logic. Todd is known for his ability to turn the complex into the understandable.  “I deconstruct the vast data that is out there—and help clients understand what information is relevant and valuable to their success.” 

The pursuit of excellence:  In all of his business endeavors, Todd has a burning need to “get it right”—no matter what it takes.  He reflects, “At Trinity, it is not uncommon to be amongst those who are driven to find the right answers.  But it is a great accomplishment to be the one who is recognized for having solved a particular problem.”  

Leadership:  According to Todd, vision is the most important quality of leaders in the industry today.  “To be able to detect trends that will efficiently improve the technological aspects of our work…that’s what leaders need to do today.”  Todd appreciates the need to be finely attuned to the evolving needs of clients—acknowledging that the availability of data is growing at a rapid rate. Most importantly, Todd highlights, “More isn’t necessarily better." 

Life outside the office:  With three sons ranging in age from 2 to 10, Todd doesn’t have much time for himself.  “My free time is usually spent keeping up with my children’s sporting activities and coaching their hockey games.  Aside from being an avid hockey player himself, Todd continues to defy standards—and has earned an honor few people have, a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu.
